Prof. Marek Kuś was appointed to a 10-person international Strategic Advisory Board of the Quantum Technology Flagship. Its role is to monitor the Flagship progress and to recommend to the European Commission measures concerning execution of the whole programm. The Quantum Technology Flagship is one of the three large-scale research and innovation initiatives funded by the European Commission at the 1 billion € level on a 10 years timescale. The goal of the program is to consolidate and expand European scientific leadership and excellence in quantum communication, computing, simulation, and sensing.
